Meet Dr. Erin Rhae Biller, ND, FAIHM
bridging the science of medicine with the art of healing
I Am Here . . .
To bridge the science of medicine with the art of healing. While I give treatment plans based on evidence-based and peer-reviewed recommendations, I have seen healing occur in many ways.
I See . . .
Optimal health as more than an annual physical exam, laboratory tests, imaging, and medical history. Optimal health is thriving, instead of surviving. Optimal health is waking up with robust energy and having an effective toolbox to deal with the stressors of life. Optimal health is being wholly fit – physically, financially, emotionally, sexually, cardiovascularly, and so on.
I Too . . .
Need to drink more water, enjoy the sun, go to yoga, journal, and breathe more deeply. Naturopathic medicine has saved me more than once.
I Want You . . .
To redefine the word “No.” You see, often saying, “No,” to others is actually saying, “Yes,” to yourself. Self-love is self-care and self-care is self-love. In this space, the unconditional love you have for yourself grows into unconditional love for others.
